On September 8th opened an exhibition of 40 photographs of avant-garde architecture from The Constructivist Project at the Jewish Museum and Tolerance Center in Moscow. And now happy to announce that it will be on view for TWO more weeks!
Here’s a translation of the description of the exhibit found on the Museum’s site:
Author of the project photographer Natalia Melikova, known for her publications and efforts to save the house of Konstantin Melnikov. But first of all she is a photographer, who has photographed over the past three years a significant number of monuments of Moscow avant-garde. Part of her photographic works became the basis for the author’s silkscreen posters. At the exhibition we are presenting 40 portraits of Moscow constructivism made in such a way as if seventy years of neglect never happened, and the building is still young and beautiful.
