October 9, 2012: went to Nikolaev’s Student Commune House to take a look at the progress of the reconstruction work. By December, the dormitory wing should be ready to go, currently working on the shower area (being converted into an additional dormitory area), and the study section (interior shots below) will be the last area to undergo reconstruction. Still 2-3 years of work remains.
